Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce is seeking a remote Graphic Designer to support one of our financial technology clients based in Northern California. This is a part-time role with an expected schedule of 15 to 25 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Work on a diverse range of projects and media using various software programs to create innovative graphic designs that align with business goals


• Collaborate with managers to ensure designs meet organizational standards, brand expectations, and accurately convey ideas to represent the company or client appropriately


• Work independently and collaboratively with the marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and manage the scheduling of project implementation, which may include handling five or more projects simultaneously


• Analyze existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions to enhance design capabilities


• Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video assets

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 or more years of professional graphic design experience


• Prior experience in an agency environment or startup environment


• Expertise with key design tools including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver


• Willingness to work a part-time schedule of 15 to 25 hours per week

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
