Purpose Statement

The Speed to Market Coordinator will provide support to the Natural Work Teams (NWT) in order to execute the STM process; while being an active member of NWT, owning the accuracy and consistency of STM related Finished Goods product data.


This professional will have to live in the Buffalo NY area since in office collaboration is necessary Tuesday - Thursday.


Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

Provide support to the Natural Work Teams in order to perform the required accountabilities within the STM commercialization process.



  • Data expert for NWT. Bring PLM system expertise and product knowledge to the NWT as a participating decision maker and identify potential project timeline risks

  • Collaborate with category Project Mangers to execute project triage and kick-off; including scheduling of meetings and entering data into triage and kick-off forms

  • Maintain NWT roster to ensure the most update functional resources are included

  • Ad-hoc workflow monitoring support for NWT including tracking and follow-up

  • Run Pulse system audits and take action to address gaps in data



Coordinate and validate finished good (FG) data to ensure consistency of completeness in data entry and product workflow tracking.



  • Enter all FG data, launch FG Spec workflow, and assume accountability for accuracy of FG data in PLM system, coordinating recipe workflow timelines with valid data fields.

  • Responsible for SAP/IMG data

  • Validate, maintain and ensure integrity of Marketing FG data requirements in PLM system based on business requirements

  • Accountable to launch recipe workflows for all Graphics Changes identified as NWT activity requests.

  • Accountable to launch recipe workflows for all P/C extensions identified as NWT activity requests.

  • Responsible for FG data accuracy and updates, updates FG Spec, corresponding property spec and the associated workflow when there are data corrections and data field changes.



Work with Business Leads, R&D, Packaging, Graphics, Regulatory, QA and CoPack Team to assure appropriate and accurate label requirements



  • Complete Data readiness checks prior to gate approval

  • Answers PLM questions for NWT, advises on workflows, customer facing master data (CFMD) needs


Provide PLM knowledge and support to NWT




  • Owns data accuracy in PLM

  • Responsible to understand project readiness through Accolade

  • Accountable to obtain and enter Customer Facing Master Data

  • Accountable to obtain and enter GTIN Data

  • Provides Cross category STMC-C NWT support across all business categories as business needs require. Enables continued support of NWT project demands while resources are stretched to meet large volume project demands

  • Collaborate with NWT and category project managers to identify and implement process efficiencies



Provide PLM data maintenance



  • Responsible to fix data corrections that do not require label changes

  • Responsible to fix data field changes that do not require label changes


Knowledge, Skills, and Experience


  • Bachelor'sdegree in business or related field with three (3) plus years of general business experience

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Proven track record of success working in a team environment

  • Demonstrated solid written and verbal communication skills including presentation ability

  • Demonstrated organizational skills

  • Demonstrated ability to resolve problems independently with a proven track record of success in problem-solving and trouble-shooting

  • Demonstrated commitment to accuracy - demonstrated ability and inclination to challenge data integrity

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work

  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, One Note, Word and PowerPoint, O365, Teams, One Drive and SharePoint

  • Proficient in SAP

  • Expertise in product category and plants to understand implications on PLM data:

  • Challenge data to catch discrepancies and drive accuracy

  • Communicate product/plant data to NWT and their implications on the project/process

  • Travel: less than 5% #LI-RT1




COMPENSATION


In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.



Annual Range/Hourly Rate


$52,702.14-$71,302.90
