Job Description:

Volt is immediately hiring for Data Management Analyst on Remote sitting.




As a Data Management Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Design and develop compelling and professional PowerPoint presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to understand presentation requirements and translate complex ideas into clear, concise, and visually appealing slides.
  • Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and design elements across all presentations.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and process maps.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements through documentation and analysis.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to capture, organize, and present process-related information effectively.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, visualization, and interpretation within a business context.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional presentation design skills.
  • Translate complex concepts and data into visually engaging and easy-to-understand presentations.
  • Experience in process documentation, including process mapping and SOP development, is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with business intelligence and analytics platforms.
  • Experience and understanding of enterprise risk management
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) and Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.



Shift: 1St Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Work Schedule:
Remote




Pay rate: $40/hr. to $45/hr.
