Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with a strong background in the PeopleSoft Payroll module. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business process analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis, documentation, and re-engineering of Payroll business processes.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of PeopleSoft Payroll functionalities and business requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Extensive experience with PeopleSoft Payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of Payroll processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with the PeopleSoft Time and Labor and Absence Management modules.
• Familiarity with the PeopleSoft Contract Pay module could be beneficial.
• Experience in K-12 would be beneficial.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
