Description:

ALL4 is seeking a Directing Consultant to join our Digital Solutions (DS) Practice. This individual is a recognized name in the Digital Solution community, acts as a business driver, and is an expert Managing Consultant or Technical Manager who can sell, manage, do, transition ALL4 services. The DS Directing Consultant understands the consulting business and has proven ability to develop strong relationships with existing and potential clients while managing DS projects and maintaining a high degree of client satisfaction while meeting profit targets. This individual is a self-motivated, coachable, growth-oriented individual who uses DS expertise and experience to aid in the growth of DS services at ALL4. The DS Practice is committed to furthering our vision as a globally recognized consulting company shaping environmental, health and safety responsibility and creating distinction for employees, clients, and partners. We work closely with clients in strategic partnerships supported by a foundation of authentic communication, personal ownership, and accountability. Flexible work location available, although being close to an ALL4 office is preferred.

Requirements:
  • Plans and executes Digital Solution projects and programs, while serving as clients' primary point of contact.
  • Leads large proposal development efforts including developing technical approach and cost assumptions for proposals and scope of work documents.
  • Defines and implements Digital Solution technical project plans and schedules to meet client requirements.
  • Expertise in business financials and a keen understanding of the consulting business model.
  • Leverages prior experience to contribute to best practices in digital projects.
  • Supports the growth and development of the DS team.
  • Provides subject matter expertise in EHS and Quality.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with the regulatory community, legal counsel, industry/environmental technical experts, and peers.
  • Provides and presents conference papers or presentations.
  • Provides quality control on all project deliverables.
  • Provide project and program management, including handling invoicing, proposal development, client growth, revenue generation, and other financial objectives.
  • Cross-sells ALL4's other offerings.
  • Identifies innovative Digital Solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Develops new client relationships.
  • Accountable for significant new business sales revenue.
  • Demonstrates leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Manages multi-phase, multi-module complex implementations (e.g., client digital programs).
  • Supports Business development and overcomes barriers by providing strategic vision and technical expertise to current and prospective clients.
  • Develops, maintains, and grows profitable relationships, including transitioning relationships to others to allow for new business development
  • Mentors junior and mid-level staff in matters related to area(s) of technical expertise.
  • Exhibits ALL4's core values in all transactions both internally and externally.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Engineering or applicable environmental/science degree and collective experiences equivalent to >10 years of digital solutions and EHS consulting work or industry experience. Advanced degree and/or professional designation preferred.
  • Recognized name in the Digital Solution community.
  • Knowledge of one or more Digital Solution partners (such as Enablon, Cority, Intelex, etc.).
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow proactively.
  • Effective problem resolution and consultative skills combined with the ability to delegate successfully.
  • Good judgement with the ability to make timely, sound decisions and navigate client ambiguity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong document production skills and technical writing ability.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse range of individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Creative, flexible, and innovative team player with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively plan, manage, and execute Digital Solution service area projects across industries, while serving as clients' primary point of contact.
  • Acute attention to detail.
