Overview
The Franchise Project Coordinator supports franchise operations by managing projects, coordinating between franchisees and corporate teams, and ensuring successful implementation of franchise initiatives.
The Franchise Project Coordinator leads comprehensive franchisee support from investment phase to store opening, including construction project management and deadline tracking. Develop and strengthen relationships across franchisee networks, distribution partners, and corporate teams.
This position will work remotely, in the states of Wisconsin, Georgia, Florida, Texas, or Arizona.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and track franchise-related projects from inception to completion. Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates and reports to project stakeholders, both internal and external.
Act as liaison between franchisees and corporate departments. Assist with franchise onboarding and opening processes. Support franchise compliance initiatives. Maintain franchise documentation and records.
Facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders. Create and distribute project updates and weekly franchisee pipeline status reports. Maintain franchise operations manual and related documentation.
Manages FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document) process, coordinating with internal team, franchisee, and other collaborators.
Assists with construction project management and real state assessment support as needed.
Support the development and delivery of leadership and client presentations. Plans and coordinates team and customer meetings.
Support additional specialized projects, tasks, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field, preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
2+ years of previous experience in project coordination, preferably in a franchise or multi-unit retail environment
Proficient computer skills including using MS Outlook, Word, and Excel preferred
Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of office management systems, and office procedures.

Standard and Physical Requirements:
Position involves sitting long periods.
Position requires the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
