Work within an agile scrum team in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Analyze and troubleshoot software bugs, performance issues, and system outages.
Provide tier-2 support for production issues, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
Document issues, resolutions, and processes to enhance knowledge sharing within the team.
Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support as needed.
Participate in team intake and code review sessions.
Ensure that all changes meet quality standards before deployment to production.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the support workflow.
Protect operations by improving security and by keeping information confidential.
Support and develop Zelis and the Information Technology group by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities.
Follows established HIPAA, Compliance & Security policies.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years software engineering experience, preferably production support
C#, SQL Server, GIT and Visual Studio
Code debugging and data analysis
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Must be able to work on-call and rotations
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
