Responsibilities

  • As a Dispute Coordinator I, your primary duties will be to respond to incoming disputes that are received from our Buy On Line business channels, as InComm Payments is the merchant
  • Work to ensure all payment network regulations for Disputes are adhered to while attempting the highest recovery rate possible with minimal losses to the company
  • Manage the adjustment process and ensure successful processing within allotted timeframes
  • Work with bank sponsors, processors, and associations to ensure best practices are being followed
  • Organize, investigate and track customer dispute inquiries to completion


Qualifications



  • Microsoft Office knowledge to include Excel and Access
  • Excellent time management skills and accustomed to working with strict deadlines
  • Ability to make timely decisions
  • Ability to manage prioritization of daily responsibilities
  • 1-2 years of related work experience in the credit and/or prepaid card industry
