Job Description

Champion implementation of new techniques, technologies, and instrumentation
Support onboarding of new instrumentation
Continually evaluate systems and processes to improve overall productivity and quality
Expand self-awareness and develop leadership skills as defined; attend applicable leadership training based on identified needs
Perform all functions in support of and in compliance with all state and federal employment regulations
Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner
Qualifications
Basic Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, or related degree concentration
Minimum of 15 years in pharmaceutical drug product/substance analytical testing cGMP laboratory with focus on commercial release programs and at least 10 years in a leadership position directly overseeing laboratory staff
The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:
Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.
Familiar with Empower and analytical chemistry techniques/instrumentation (i.e. U/HPLC, Dissolution)
Experience in contract laboratory environment
