We're on the lookout for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our 3rd shift operations. This role involves maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure everything runs smoothly. You'll be working from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM, four days a week in 12-hour shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain equipment performance.
Diagnose and fix mechanical issues, disassemble and repair faulty parts.
Inspect parts for any imperfections or changes.
Adjust functional components and control systems.
Install specialized components in devices.
Perform routine lubrication and cleaning tasks.
Use metalworking tools like drills and grinders for repairs.
Create purchase orders for parts and machinery.
Repair electrical equipment and conduct skilled tasks like welding and plumbing.
Inspect and fix pumps, fans, valves, and motors.
Maintain electrical and electronic pneumatic systems.
Implement preventative maintenance procedures.
Safely operate hand tools and electric drills.
Develop and execute maintenance work orders.
Coordinate maintenance activities.
Oversee building, grounds, and equipment maintenance.
Ensure proper tool and machinery care.
Address employee performance issues and resolve complaints.
Follow safety, food safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices regulations.
Report any safety, food safety, and quality issues to the relevant personnel.
Supervisory Duties:
Supervise the Maintenance Department team.
Conduct interviews, hiring, and training.
Plan and assign work, assess performance, and address employee issues.
Participate in leadership development and promote company culture.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
At least four years of related maintenance experience.
