Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Physical Therapists in implementing patient treatment plans


• Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation activities


• Monitor patient progress and communicate with the care team


• Ensure accurate documentation of treatment and patient outcomes


• Help patients reach their recovery goals and improve daily living skills

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in California


• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility preferred, but new graduates are welcome


• Compassionate, patient-centered care approach


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
