The role requires outstanding written and verbal communication skills, a strong working knowledge of the Laboratory Diagnostics business, and the ability to work autonomously in a field-based position with minimal direct oversight.



Your role:




  • Develop, implement, and execute detailed solutions for complex and strategic projects or programs.

  • Drive operational accountability for deal configuration, project execution, and ongoing governance of multiple, complex projects.

  • Design, develop, and manage strategic customer projects according to defined Project Management (PM) standards and customer requirements.

  • Build, maintain, track, and communicate deliverables, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigations from a diverse cross-functional team.

  • Drive collaboration with Sales, and Service, to manage pre and post-project activities throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Participate in contract and requirements gathering and lead areas of project discussions with customers and vendors.

  • Coordinate overall planning of the project and allocate resources in collaboration with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.

  • Maintain constant alignment with financial partners on business goals and objectives.

  • Develop project implementation plans and execute them according to PM@DX standards.

  • Act as an escalation mechanism to and from customers, including being the customer interface for complex deals.

  • Communicate progress and continuously liaise with accountable internal stakeholders, including Program Management Head, Steering Committee, and Governance Board.

  • Adhere to PM standards and Business Conduct Guidelines (e.g., Tax regulations, Import/Export Control, EHS).

  • Manage and coordinate all temporarily assigned project staff in a highly matrixed organization.

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional efforts and develop a consolidated stabilization and customer acceptance plan.

  • Develop, track, and report project-specific KPIs that reflect customer temperament, stabilization activities, and resolution status.

  • Drive resolution of project, team, and vendor issues through collaboration with key stakeholders.

  • Exhibit expert organization and strategic planning skills with a proactive mindset.

  • Possess strong conflict resolution skills and knowledge of change management.

  • Lead and develop analytical and problem-solving strategies and disseminate knowledge to other team members.

  • Drive proactive project process development and deployment within an SHS team framework.

  • Focus on remote resolution and support strategy utilizing various data components.




Your expertise:




  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Program/Project Management Professional certification (PgMP/PMP) preferred.

  • Typically, 5+ years of Project Management experience in a related field and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry preferred.

  • Experience working in a regulated/FDA environment preferred .

  • The role requires outstanding written and verbal communication skills, a strong working knowledge of the Laboratory Diagnostics business, and the ability to work autonomously in a field-based position with minimal direct oversight.

  • Location is remote. However, preference will be given to candidate based in the East or Central Zone of the US.

  • High amount of travel (>= 90%) and 'off-shift' work may be required.




COMPANY CAR PROVIDED and available for personal use


The pay range for this position is $ 110,000 to $142,930 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The annual incentive target is 10% of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
