Location: Alternate locations may be considered. This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our PulsePoint locations.

The Product Management Director will play an important role on our Advocacy product team working across the product organization and with key partners including marketing, operations, clinical and sales. This role is responsible for supporting and leading the development, implementation, and ongoing management of key activities to strengthen, grow and evolve solutions in market to meet employer needs and help members better navigate their health.
How you will make an impact:
Contributes to Advocacy product solutions management and strategy
Partners with cross functional project teams to achieve superior execution of product strategy in the marketplace.
Supports the development of short and long term strategic product plans in support member outcomes, employer retention and sales
Provides ongoing field and stakeholders trainings
Supports client/consultant RFP responses
Informs and monitors service and clinical member performance metrics aligned to product performance goals
Develops, implements and maintains competitive product platform
Presents product solution and capabilities at key client or consultant meetings
Tracks individual product performance by program configuration, market segment and geography.
Understand system needs to support short and long term product strategy.
Travel up to 25% may be required.

Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
MBA preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience preferred.
Experience and knowledge in healthcare product management preferred.
Knowledge of commercial customers and customer needs in the segments preferred.
Strong working knowledge or experience managing Advocacy, or enhanced clinical and service solutions preferred.
Strong understanding of market-leading practices, competitive intelligence, and cutting-edge innovation in the market preferred.
Demonstrated results in two or more of the following areas: Product Development, Product Strategy, Sales/Account Management, Market Strategy, Market Research, or Consulting preferred.
Excellent written, oral, presentation and interpersonal communication skills with the proven ability to negotiate expectations between multiple parties preferred.
Experience interacting confidently with senior management, as a subject matter expert preferred.
Mastery of Microsoft Office products, most notably Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and Word preferred.
Strong understanding of healthcare utilization, clinical and cost levers preferred.
Knowledge of commercial customers and customer needs in the segments preferred.
