Job Description:

Responsible to make scheduled deliveries to Fry's customers' homes, businesses, and/or other designated venues. To accurately and efficiently shop, bag and store grocery orders Provides guests with information regarding Fry's catering services and products. Provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Will also need to be able to provide surveillance, apprehend and detain shoplifters at store level. When deemed necessary, associate will assist in standard Loss Prevention functions such as investigations, Audits, Store Tours, Inventories, Surveillance, and Video Retrieval. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of others.Based primarily in Omaha, Nebraska, Baker's merged with The Kroger Company in 2001.   • Ability to handle stressful situations
  • Effective communication skills
  • Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction)
Desired Previous Job Experience

  • Prior experience in supporting several managers.
  • Prior driving experience
  • Prior Loss Prevention experience

  • Great customer service and communication skills. Communicate clearly and concisely to all customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction in a positive, professional manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, Interact in a positive manner with all customers, and co-workers.
  • Handle guest concerns resulting in the customer receiving complete satisfaction
  • Meets needs of changing delivery situations, call guests on cell phone with updated delivery schedules.
  • Accurately and efficiently shopping computer generated orders
  • Above-average attendance, organization and time-management skills required
  • Relay information to supervision on problem situations
  • Maintains necessary paperwork for deliveries and pick-ups
  • Reporting vehicle accidents
  • Maintains good sanitation environment
  • Collects money, balances money to receipts and makes adjustments to bills delivered
  • Staging - preparing for order to be delivered
  • Works within established standards for order selecting
  • Follow all store rules and company policies.
  • Able to work independently and without direct supervision, maintain productivity and confidentiality.
  • Adhere to all local, state and federal laws, and company guidelines.
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
