We are looking for a Specialist - Lab Services who will join our team.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Specialist in Analytical and Package Testing to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in chemistry and engineering who are eager to contribute to cutting-edge research and development projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting analytical experiments, analyzing data, and conducting packaging compatibility testing to support various research initiatives and product development processes.
In this role you will:
Sample Preparation, Analysis, and Data Interpretation - Prepare and process samples for analysis, including extraction, dilution, and dissolution. Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses of samples using various analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, and spectroscopy. Analyze and interpret experimental data, and prepare comprehensive reports.
Packaging Storage and Stability Analysis - Initiate storage stability studies and monitor for degradation of formula and/or packaging in climate-controlled chambers
Spreader Settings - Conduct spreader setting testing to ensure proper rate application instructions are provided on product labels for granular and seed products
Lab Inventory - Monitor and manage laboratory inventory, including reagents, standards, and consumables, and order supplies as needed
Equipment Maintenance - Ensure proper operation and maintenance of instrumentation, troubleshoot technical issues, and perform routine calibrations
Safety - Adhere to laboratory safety guidelines, procedures and documentation, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials
What you'll need to be successful :
- Bachelor's Degree, Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Engineering
-0 - 2 Years of experience prefered
-Experience in an analytical laboratory setting. Internship or academic experience in relevant techniques is acceptable.
-Proficiency in analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC,and spectroscopy.
