Job Duties:
Required to operate forklift and electronic pallet jack.
Load and unload trucks.
Use handheld scanner.
Maintain Inventory.
Small mechanical adjustments.
Must be able to visually inspect product for any deficiencies.
Perform any other work as assigned by supervisor.
Perform general housekeeping duties in the department.
Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP and SQF Requirements.
Ability to use computer.
Must be able to obtain the Forklift Certification.
Must be able to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.
Physical Requirements: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation:
Must be willing and able to push/pull/lift with arms above shoulder level up to 65lbs.
The Team Member will reach high and low levels, frequently.
The Team Member will flex/grip with wrist/hands frequently.
The Team Member will climb step ladders and or stairs.
The Team Member will perform repetitive movements.
The Team Member will stand on hard surface for up to 10 hours per day.
The Team Member will work in cold and damp environments.
Requirements:
Forklift operator must have 6 months of experience with Forklift.
Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson will have a minimum rehire waiting period of 90 days and are limited to 3 times of employment.
