The Staff Accountant will manage all accounting functions for multiple properties/entities including financial statements, posts journal entries, prepares reconciliations and participates in month-end close.


Responsibilities include: bank reconciliation, general ledger, journal entries, month-end and year-end reporting, assisting with cash forecasting, preparation of financial reports, annual CAM reconciliation and annual budgeting.


Qualifications:


Must have degree in accounting or similar field, and/or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of prior accounting experience required
Must be detail oriented, able to multi-task and have strong organizational/analytical skills.
Real estate/property management accounting experience preferred and experience in Yardi software or equivalent
