Job Description:

Ultimate Staffing is hiring for a Administrative/Office Assistant for a home healthcare organization in Baltimore, Maryland! This is a full time, in-person, direct hire position with a healthcare company in the Catonsville area. Key Responsibilities



  • Build relationships with clients as well as staff, assist with matching and scheduling of home health care staff with clients

  • Documentation of all information in the management system

  • Monitor phone and email communication to ensure home care workers arrive at client location as scheduled

  • Assist with billing and timekeeping as needed




Qualifications



  • Attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively, think critically, and problem-solve

  • At least 3 years of recent experience working in an administrative or office position with similar responsibilities

  • Supervisory or management experience is preferred

  • Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft office

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy

  • Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information




Compensation and Hours



  • This is an hourly position paying about $22-24/hr with flexibility depending on experience

  • Hours for this position are 8:30 am to 5 pm

  • This is an in-person, full time position in Catonsville, MD
