Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Fluctuating Temps hot/cold, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Standing for full shift, Warehouse



Job Description



This is a full-time position on the weekend team (Wednesday - Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. every single day). Also, the facility is located in an underground (cave) environment.



Skills





  • Assist in the cycle counting of items.

  • Apply and retrieve information from SAP and use an RF scanner when vital.

  • Maintain reports and documents relevant to stock requests.

  • Maintain responsibility for all finished goods inventory.

  • Collaborate with planning and warehouse supervisors to address inventory discrepancies accurately.

  • Accountable for accuracy of finished goods' inventory.

  • In-depth knowledge of product, item numbers, and temp requirements.

  • Assist with responding to SAP inventory-related questions.

  • Maintain accurate perpetual inventory (audited and daily cycle counts) compared against system stock status.

  • Report any actual or potential safety hazards to the Supervisor, Human Resources, Safety Specialist, or Senior Management.

  • Complete Quality Control Samples and 100% Inspection Pulls.

  • Accurately and efficiently complete finished goods discard and finished good expiry.


Minimum Requirements





  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience from an accredited higher learning institution.

  • Basic knowledge of English and math, plus the ability to read.

  • Ability to work with little or no supervision and handle multiple tasks at one time.

  • Computer experience: SAP experience preferred.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with phenomenal attention to detail.

  • Ability to lift up to 50-lbs.

  • Demonstrated ability to optimally connect with collaborators.

  • Previous inventory control experience, preferred.

  • Capable of working in an environment where some areas have temperatures down to 32 degrees Fahrenheit for up to 40 hours per week.
