Job Description:

SUMMARY

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining t he condition of the facilities, m inor mech anical repairs and re-builds . This individual is also responsible for f abrication and project work when requir ed .

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Perform PM and minor mechanical repairs.
  • Change oil and grease machines.
  • All building maintenance and repairs
  • Develop troubleshooting skills and techniques for equipment repairs.
  • Responsible for maintaining lock out tag out procedures.
  • Responsible for maintaining the facilities infrastructure, both internal and external
  • Fabricate, build equipment and components for projects.


  • Maintain a clean, safe and orderly work area.
  • Perform all other duties assigned by Management team.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE


  • High school Diploma
  • 3 to 5 years Maintenance experience required.

  • F requently lift or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with an assist.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Ability to perform in a manufacturing environment that may have high noise levels, dust, chemicals, oil, and grease. Ability to work in an environment that may be either hot, cold or humid.
