Responsibilities:
Conduct testing, tuning, and troubleshooting of mid-to-complex RF microwave hybrid assemblies using specialized, manual, and automated equipment.
Perform environmental tests, including temperature cycling, vibration, and mechanical shock; handle burn-in processes.
Collaborate with engineering teams to develop procedures and troubleshoot products according to specifications.
Use computer systems to access test procedures, assembly drawings, schematics, and record test data.
Carry out electronic/electromechanical assembly tasks, modifications, and quality testing.
Operate standard assembly tools, conduct rework as needed, and maintain quality compliance.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma required.
Clearance: Interim Secret Clearance required.
Experience:
Previous experience with testing and troubleshooting RF microwave hybrid assemblies.
Proficiency in using RF equipment such as RF Signal Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, and RF Power Meters.
Experience operating mechanical vibration equipment and working under microscopes for detailed work.
Soldering experience in accordance with J-STD-001 standards.
Data analysis of RF microwave test results and proficiency in writing test procedures.
Familiarity with ESD and FOD-controlled environments.
Shift: First Shift, 10-hour days, Monday-Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm.
