We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Change Manager to lead and support a complex SAP S4 HANA-driven transformation initiative. This role is critical in ensuring the successful adoption of SAP S4 HANA across the organization by applying proven change management methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP S4 HANA, change management strategies, stakeholder engagement, and process adoption, with hands-on experience in managing large-scale change programs.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (5+ years) leading change management efforts for large-scale, complex SAP S4 HANA implementations or similar ERP systems.
Strong knowledge of the SAP Activate Methodology and proven experience applying this methodology to drive successful SAP transformation projects.
Expertise in key change management processes including Stakeholder Analysis, Change Impact Assessment, Change Communications, Process Adoption, and Training Development and Delivery.
