Beacon Hill Financial just teamed up with a great client of ours looking for a Staff Accountant to join their team. This position will start primarily focused in accounts payable but will be assisting with accounts receivable and other duties. Job Description:
Prepare, enter and process AP invoices in Bill.com
Complete vendor credit applications, Form W- requests and inquiries
Reconcile various balance sheet accounts
Prepare and process 1099's
Manage petty chase, month revenues and expenditures
Code and apply cash receipts
Check for accounts receivable reports such as billing, cash receipts and other reports for accuracy
