Hiring range for the role is between $43.85-$55.00 and placement in the range is dependent on an evaluation of experience

We are searching for a full-time Lead Special Procedures Nurse to join the Pain Management Procedures team. Duties include assisting with pre and post op care for procedures done in the Pain Management procedure suite which include diagnostic blocks, epidural injections and radio frequency ablation. Creating staff schedules, running daily huddles and auditing adherence to standard work. It is expected that the Lead's daily work will encompass both lead and direct patient care responsibilities and assist the department in achieving efficient work flow processes, high quality clinical outcomes, and exemplary patient experiences . Schedule is four, 10-hour shifts Monday through Friday ( day off TBD ) .

Requirements:


  • Active unencumbered Washington RN license and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure required. ( Active Washington license within 60 days of hire or transfer if using multi-state licensure required )

  • Minimum of 1 years of RN experience required.

  • Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification required.

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.

  • Ability to successfully become a core-trainer and super user of EHR.

  • Superior communication skills and interpersonal skills set.

Pay Range:
$43.02 - $64.53
