The VP, Strategic Initiatives leads critical projects and initiatives across the enterprise engaging with and influencing key stakeholders and executive leadership. This position builds a strong culture of teamwork throughout the company and contributes to Cenlar's long term success. The role drives activities across organizational boundaries, and develops and executes strategy for critical initiatives while leading teams through change, and managing complex, cross platform enterprise-wide programs.
Responsibilities:
Leads strategic initiatives and projects across the enterprise partnering with and influencing key stakeholders and executive leadership to build momentum and engagement for successful completion of business plan objectives
Drives the business plan, regulatory environment, and change management as it relates to critical initiatives across the enterprise
Develops and implements both the strategic and tactical plans for strategic initiatives across operational groups with clarity, brevity and efficiency
Creates an effective financial and resource plan against achievable deadlines to deliver projects on time and within business plan budget
Leads the long range strategic planning for critical initiatives and develops and facilitates enterprise-wide business governance and processes
Creates and leads an atmosphere of trust to convey points of risk and failure with key stakeholders and design solutions for success
Maintains current knowledge of company strategy, objectives, and regulatory changes impacting business plan
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, include but not limited to compliance and operational risk. Demonstrate consideration for Cenlar's reputation as well as our clients, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 12 years of management/strategy experience with direct interaction with senior executives
Minimum of 5 years of financial services experience, mortgage servicing experience preferred
Proven experience at planning, organizing, directing, and guiding, work efforts of complexity while influencing key stakeholders
Lead major, complex programs and projects
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and collaborate across all organizational levels
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
Ability to motivate and engage employees and leaders not in direct reporting line
