The HELOC New Acquisition Analyst Sr. leads the HELOC portfolio transfer testing and new loan flow plan setups. This position performs, reviews and oversees trial MSP pre-boarding and post-boarding quality control testing. The analyst advises and aids new clients on HELOC processing procedures and reviews and implements ELOC related enhancements within MSP. This position also coordinates and implements process improvement initiatives and all department training.
Responsibilities:
Participates in and leads meetings and conference calls with new clients, as well as existing clients with interest in new HELOC, Consumer, or Construction products
Participates in and leads conference calls with Internal departments and Black Knight Analysts to resolve data and processing challenges related to on-boarding ad portfolio transfers
Works with HELOC Management to implement and maintain programs, strategies, procedures, and policies
Identifies and reports on trends in the operations and reports escalated issues to Management
Coordinates and performs intensive pre/post-boarding quality control testing on all HELOC products while keeping the staff focused on goals and completion dates
Reviews all new client HELOC product documents to determine serviceability
Analyzes, identifies, measures, and resolves potential issues with incoming client's data files
Conducts HELOC reporting and analysis on quality testing results as well as agent inputs
Works with Implementations, New Loans, and Conversion areas to ensure data integrity trends are addressed prior to loans boarding
Receives and reviews MSP enhancements for HELOC and implement all changes as necessary; reviews new IP enhancements and determine applicability for the staff and processes
Creates, improves upon, and maintains Portfolio Transfer Checklists that are utilized by the staff to guide the process and also evidence the work performed.
Constantly identifies portfolio risk data integrity items and assists in implementing control mechanisms
Assists department Supervisor in day-to-day direction of staff and workflow process

Demonstrate consideration for Cenlar's reputation as well as our clients, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of servicing experience
Advanced knowledge of HELOC processing within the Black Knight servicing platform
Knowledge on Black Knight transaction layouts and testing
