The Tolebrutinib Global Senior Product Manager will lead innovative patient marketing and educational initiatives for Tolebrutinib (both unbranded disease state education and branded), aimed at enhancing stakeholder experience and market presence. This role involves tactical planning, patient engagement, and collaboration with various teams to drive marketing efforts.

Main Responsibilities
Tactical Planning and Execution
Develop and execute global patient marketing plans that support our overall business objectives and brand goals
Support Global marketing efforts for potential MS indications (RRMS, PPMS, nr-SPMS) launches
Lead cross-functional project teams to drive patient marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Market Research and Insights
Partner with Global Market Research to conduct market research to identify patient insights, needs, and trends that inform marketing initiatives
Analyze competitive landscape and patient feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in patient marketing strategies
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in patient engagement
Program Development
Lead design, development, execution, and optimization of patient unbranded disease state education program to enhance patient engagement and support throughout the patient journey
Create compelling content that resonates with patients, including digital assets, social media campaigns, and educational resources
Campaign Management
Partner with local markets to localize patient campaigns for specific regional needs
Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers
Content Development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored patient education materials and resources
Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all patient touchpoints
Analytics & Performance Management
Monitor and analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on feedback
Stakeholder Collaboration
Foster strong partnerships with medical affairs, public affairs/advocacy, market access, market research, legal, regulatory, and other functions to ensure aligned objectives, understanding and implementation of the brand strategies
Work closely with Global medical, regulatory, and legal to ensure all marketing materials comply with industry standards and regulations
Manage external agencies and vendors to achieve marketing objectives
Champion material through Veeva submission and Global Promotional Review Board (PRB)
Team Leadership
Lead cross-functional project teams to drive patient marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives
About You
Education/Experience Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
5+ years' experience in product/brand management in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industries.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful patient marketing strategies
Ability to quickly understand and communicate all clinical data / publications to support business objectives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders, both within the company and externally and with cross-functional partners (i.e., on an interdepartmental and interdisciplinary basis).
