GDH Consulting is hiring a highly skilled and motivated SNOW Project Manager to lead our ServiceNow (SNOW) team. This pivotal role involves overseeing the SNOW platform to ensure its effective use across our organization, leveraging the Scrum framework to facilitate initiatives and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale enterprise projects using Scrum/Agile methodologies and optimizing organizational efficiency through streamlined processes and workflows. This is a full-time position, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to our ongoing success and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the SNOW roadmap, prioritizing initiatives and managing the backlog to align with organizational goals.

  • Facilitate traditional Scrum events, ensuring sprint cycle targets are achievable and that the team adheres to Scrum practices throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and implement best business practices to optimize the use of the SNOW platform across the organization.

  • Oversee the development, integration, administration, optimization, deployment, and maintenance of the SNOW platform and its modules.

  • Analyze metrics to assess the team's progress and the effectiveness of implemented SNOW solutions, identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring that external partnerships support the strategic objectives of the SNOW platform.

  • Prioritize tasks, set expectations for team members, and remove obstacles to facilitate progress and ensure project success.

  • Provide mentorship and training opportunities for junior team members to foster skill development and professional growth.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated proficiency and hands-on expertise in facilitating and deploying large-scale enterprise projects using the Scrum/Agile framework.

  • Experience in implementing streamlined processes and workflows aimed at optimizing organizational efficiency.

  • Ability to foster an environment of continuous improvement to mature solutions via incremental and iterative enhancements.

  • Proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple simultaneous projects/initiatives.

  • Strong mentoring skills, with a focus on growing junior developers/administrators' skillsets.

  • Excellent written, verbal, communication, presentation, and training skills, with the ability to articulate new ideas and concepts to technical and non-technical audiences, as well as senior-level executives.

  • Intermediate proficiency level in the CSWF Specialty Area Framework Category: Securely Provision, System Requirements Planner.

  • Availability to work full-time and commit to the project lifecycle requirements.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
