The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from $111,544 to $139,431
Lead Advisor - Compensation
The Lead Advisor will manage day-to-day administration of Compensation Programs for specific portions of the Company, with consultation and recommendations for offers and other salary actions, job analyses and job evaluation, market pricing, and other compensation analyses. This position will also assist and oversee compensation program administration for specific business units, such as annual incentive plan and merit. Responsibilities include:
Analyze and develop offer and other salary action recommendations. Analyses include a review of market rates, internal equity and other relevant factors.
Complete compensation data analyses, such as merit models, incentive accruals, and ad hoc requests
Complete job evaluation studies and provide organizational and job and title design guidance and recommendations. Job evaluation methodology considers comparable jobs' accountability and complexity as well as market pricing analyses.
Support or lead compensation administration of annual programs such as annual incentive, and merit.
Support annual executive programs such as annual incentive and long-term incentive plans.
Complete compensation regulatory compliance studies and self-audits
Interface with management and employees to consult and explain compensation decisions and considerations
Provide consultation to management on retention strategies and effective tools
Compile and analyze data for personnel and Rewards external services budgets
Support and/or lead compensation projects and responds to special requests as needed
Adhere to effective internal controls.
Education, Experience, Skills & Abilities:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 8 years of experience in compensation analyses and administration
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Workday, and SAP or other ERP.
High-level data analysis and reporting skills
High-level attention to detail.
Knowledge of FLSA and other compensation relevant laws and regulatory requirements
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external constituents and experience in interacting with all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated experience handling confidential or sensitive information
Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze and assess problems for resolution
