Location: El Paso, TX 79934 (Northeast El Paso) Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour, plus shift differential of $1.00 per hour Schedule: Sunday - Tuesday 6PM - 6AM, Wednesday 6PM- 12AM
Responsibilities:
Monitor tiles entering and exiting the kiln to ensure efficient process operation.
Inspect tiles for any defects to uphold quality standards.
Record kiln temperature every hour throughout the shift to maintain process control.
Collect tile samples for laboratory analysis as required.
Observe equipment and processes, promptly reporting any issues to the supervisor.
Adhere to ISO operating procedures and control plans to ensure compliance.
Foster a team environment through cooperation and effective communication with team members.
Maintain a clean workstation, comply with all safety and health regulations, and be ready to start work at shift change.
Demonstrate safe work practices consistently.
Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Education & Knowledge:
0-1 year of prior experience in manufacturing or production.
