Position Overview

Our National Accounts Coordinator regulates account administration to support the development and compliance of national accounts.

Responsibilities Includes

  • Coordinate account setup and maintenance administration for assigned national accounts and Network Services programs.
  • Single point of contact for key national accounts.
  • Work with National Accounts Directors, Network Services, local DC’s and internal and external customers to launch new programs and ensure program success.
  • Responsible for order flow and order entry for orders received via email, phone, and through electronic methods.
  • Accountable for accurately maintaining pricing files, customer specific contracts and customer order guides.
  • Assure all orders are placed and delivered within contracted parameters.
  • Research and resolve order flow and product backorder concerns.
  • Audit customer accounts to ensure compliance with appropriate program.
  • Liaise with Credit Department, Cost Team, and Network Services national account administration.
  • Deploy field personnel from BradyPLUS or contracted vendors as required to ensure product is successfully delivered, installed, and properly used, or to resolve concerns.
  • Analyze and develop creative ways to remove costs from the supply chain to create efficiencies for BradyPLUS and the Client.
  • Research customer sales activity for proposed Network Services programs.
  • Prepare, analyze and review (Excel) reports as required.
  • Serve as problem-solver and liaison for assigned account issues.
  • Communicate with external and internal customers representing the values of BradyPLUS
  • Handle customer service calls and duties when required
  • Occasional in person customer visitors as required
  • Other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
  • Previous account management, sales, or customer service.
  • Excellent customer service skills and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Previous BradyPLUS administrative or customer-oriented experience strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of BradyPLUS products and services preferred.
  • Ability to resolve issues promptly.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume and wide variety or work within the confines of negotiated contracts.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong math skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to retain confidential information.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
