Job Description:


RESPONSIBILITIES:

A client with Kforce is seeking a Lean Six Sigma Procurement Documentation Specialist to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement communication strategies to support project goals and organizational objectives

  • Create, review, and maintain comprehensive documentation, including project plans, reports, and technical manuals

  • Design and establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency across all projects

  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather information and ensure accurate and timely documentation

  • Facilitate project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders

  • Ensure all communication materials are clear, concise, and aligned with company standards

  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues

  • Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements and ensure long-term efficiency and effectiveness

Projects may be focused on:

  • Development of new or upgraded products and services

  • Internal information system-specific projects that may involve the development or enhancement of internal applications, technology integration, and/or infrastructure environment build-out

  • Delivery by service teams for outsourced solutions to external clients

  • Delivery of new or enhanced products and/or services to improve customer satisfaction through the use of technology, which may include customizations to base products to meet client requirements, system integration with other client or third-party products or consulting projects and engagements

  • Extensive interactions with product development, sales, client relationship teams, technology solutions, service delivery and/or other cross-functional teams

  • May work at client sites from time to time







REQUIREMENTS:



  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) is highly desirable

  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in communications or a related field

  • Strong proficiency in documentation and SOP creation

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools

  • Ability to develop and implement long-term process improvement strategies

Able to perform the following:

  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of technical projects from initiation through delivery

  • Manage project initiation activities that include identifying contractual obligations, client needs and goals, existing situation, necessary contacts, and access to existing information as needed

  • Ensure requirements for internal technology projects align to operational standards

  • Develop alternate requirements or document exceptions as appropriate

  • Develop, define and execute project plans, project scope, activities, schedules, budgets and deliverables

  • Identify needed resources for projects, defines and assigns major project roles






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
