Volt is immediately hiring multiple Data Entry Specialists in Sparks NV. Our client is an American multinational Fortune 100 technology company, that designs, develops and sells consumer electronics, computer software, and online services and is considered one of the Big Four tech companies.
This is an onsite position, located in Sparks NV.
As a Data Entry Specialist you will:
Accurately gather data, perform validation and entry for facility assets and parts within the CMMS program
Document the relationship and dependencies of assets to each other to create a chain of equipment connections
Key Performance Indicators report creation and review
Perform other duties as required
The ideal candidate will have:
General understanding of equipment related to data centers to identify assets like UPS, generator, electrical distribution, fire/life/safety, and HVAC on a drawing
Desktop application experience with data spreadsheets and the use of Command Line Interface through terminal is preferred
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and demonstrate excellent time management
Must be a team player committed to working in a continuously improving, quality environment
Proficient in Excel, spreadsheet creation, data management, and formulas.
Pay Rate:$28.00 per hour. Shift is Monday - Friday 6:30am to 3:30pm.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
