We are looking to add new talent to our growing team! We are currently seeking a Senior Associate,Geologist to work in a technical support role with highly skilled professionals on diverse project teams in a dynamic environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing group and company and get involved in a variety of projects for a diverse range of clients. This is a full-time position located in our Bethlehem, PA office.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will:

  • Serve as a key member of the east region to drive profitable growth of the environmental consulting business.
  • Have a passion and demonstrated success for developing business with new clients and continuing to foster trusted relationships with existing clients.
  • Personally engage in developing and executing strategic consulting work with identified existing and target clients.
  • Direct and execute consulting projects, acting as the main client contact for work attained.
  • Oversee the safe execution of all phases of a project to meet our clients' objectives, as well as company goals for revenue generation and profitability.
  • Demonstrate strong technical competence in the services required by our clients.
  • Manage all phases and aspects of projects to address client goals and objectives. .
  • Direct the execution of projects to meet technical, quality, budgetary and scheduling requirements.
  • Mentor staff through a “learn-by-doing” model.
  • Work cooperatively in a team-based environment.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil, chemical or mechanical engineering, geology, chemistry, or environmental science.
  • Professional Licensure in applicable field.
  • More than 15 Years experience
  • Proven client development experience and client relationships supported by repeat business, including established contacts in both private and public sector markets.
  • Consistent track record of successfully winning and managing large and strategic projects.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and people skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of the local, state and federal regulatory landscape and proven negotiation skills with federal, state and local regulators.
