Overview
Organize and facilitate weekly project meetings. Document notes and action items during weekly and quarterly meetings; recruit participants to take part in the effort; escalate requests as required to meet strategic and customer priorities; assist in the development of business plans, requirements documents, workflows, training plans, project and communication plans.
Assist with establishing and updating project and study goals and objectives; support and participate in all research efforts including: implementation strategy, milestone assessments and reporting, usability testing, needs and requirements.
Conduct literature reviews and prepare monthly and quarterly reports, conference abstracts, and manuscripts for publication; Assist in tracking issues, milestones, and features within Agile sprint cycles; collaborate with project team and stakeholders throughout the lifetime of the project
Responsibilities
Master's degree in Informatics, Public Health, social science, computer science or related field AND 1 year of relevant experience; OR Equivalent combination of training and experience
1 year of experience in a research assistance role
Must have excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills: both written and verbal
Must have general knowledge about scientific research and working in academia
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-disciplinary team
Must possess energy and drive to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to communicate complex ideas to customers and co-workers
Must be collaborative in resolving problems and have a customer-focused attitude
Qualifications
Master’s degree preferred
3 years of experience working on clinical or implementation trials, or in general health research
Ability to create spreadsheets, timelines, data entry forms and reports, experience with electronic health records, Smartsheet, MS Project and the ability to work with large and diverse stakeholder groups
Experience with Artificial Intelligence or Learning Health Systems a plus
