Base Pay Range: $24.50-$25.00 per hour
Shift Differential: $0.50 per hour
Shift: 2nd - Mon-Fri 3:00PM-11:30PM
The Opportunity
As a Tank Farm Supervisor with Tradebe, you will oversee operations in the Tank Farm area of the plant, managing and supervising the movement and transfer of incoming and outgoing tanks and tankers.
Key Job Responsibilities
Serve as a working supervisor, overseeing the performance and activities of shift personnel doing daily processing of fuel drums
Oversee tank and tanker movements to ensure alignment with the daily operational plan.
Foster a culture of safety by prioritizing and ensuring compliance with all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.
Provide clear instructions to employees on proper methods for transferring materials between tanks.
Train staff on the correct procedures for offloading tankers into storage tanks.
Promote understanding of process codes critical to fuel blending operations.
Support the maintenance and upkeep of pumps, valves, storage tanks, and related equipment.
Ensure full compliance with all Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) policies and regulations.
Assist with compliance tasks, including LDAR (Leak Detection and Repair), VOC emissions monitoring, and maintaining secondary containment systems.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent experience
One year of hazardous waste industry experience is desirable
Supervisory experience is a plus
Working knowledge of DOT/RCRA regulations a plus
One year Tank Farm experience; and forklift experience, are a plus
The ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check, are required
