The BRG Retail Performance Improvement practice is seeking to add professionals due to client demand and market opportunities. Support Retail Performance Improvement team on client engagementsin conducting analysis, developing recommendations around operation improvement initiatives.
Execute multiple tasks across a consulting engagement including conducting interviews, operational/financial modeling and client presentations.
Utilize business, finance, accounting, and analytical skills to perform tasks including retail performance analysis, financial modeling, and scenario planning.
Demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment; collaborate with RPI and BRG experts, professionals from other firms, and client contacts to achieve engagement objectives.
Assist in preparation of reports, written analyses, presentations, and other client deliverables.
Participate in the development of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial consulting practice including assisting in marketing, client pitches, and product and practice development.
Demonstrate the highest degree of professionalism, ethics, quality, and integrity.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or degree equivalent in Business, Accounting/Finance, Management, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or related field plus 8 years of relevant experience OR MBA/other relevant Master's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience;
Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of financial and operational data;
Ability to interpret the results of qualitative and quantitative analysis and develop insights and recommendations;
Excellent written and oral communication skills and a demonstrated ability to interact with junior and senior team members, senior management, and other stakeholders or professionals;
Mature presence, empathy, intellectual curiosity, and ability to learn quickly;
Strong problem solving and project management skills;
Ability to work well independently or in a team dynamic;
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize changing work demands and learn quickly;
Advanced in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word;
Willingness to travel when/if needed.
