Coke Florida is looking for an IT Analyst based out of our Hollywood, FL, working Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM.

What You Will Do:

As a Coke Florida IT Analyst, you will be responsible for providing IT support for multiple users and locations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide support for local and centralized systems throughout Florida
• Work to ensure timely resolution and communication of hardware requests
• Assist in resolving support requests across all Coke Florida facilities
• Acts as shift and after hours on-call point of escalation for supported locations
• Catalog and manage IT inventory assets
• Image and Deploy Coke Florida Workstations
• Align with local leaders to identify opportunities for innovation in IT Infrastructure
• Develop and publish knowledgebase articles to assist helpdesk staff address incidents
• Contribute to overall team effort in achievement of established SLA's
• Consistently meet and exceed established benchmarks in performance set forth by management for respective role
• Provide feedback to Management on local business objectives and maintenance windows

For this role, you will need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Broad skillset with the following technologies:
• Windows Desktop troubleshooting
• Network administration (add, move, change)
• Device Management Tools (Intune, MDT, Etc..)
• Active Directory
• Cloud computing awareness
• Awareness of contemporary software application technologies and IT service methodologies
• Successful problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work within a diverse environment
• Passion for customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
