Position Description
Role Title: Product Marketing Manager, xSMB Scaled Comms Operations
Work Location: Hybrid work: Tues-Thurs in the office. Monday & Friday remote
Work Schedule: Normal EST business hours, Monday - Friday
Responsibilities
Develop, test, and implement scaled marketing programs that help acquire new customers, from creative brief, to production, to launch and measurement, from creative brief, to production, to launch and measurement
Analyze all aspects of the user funnel to identify areas for improvement and audience-specific user journeys. Generate growth insights on user flows and growth models.
Test, and launch experiments across a user's lifecycle. Measure the uplift and efficacy of experiments and campaigns using performance metrics, customer research, and hard data.
Use data to build deep insights on customers throughout their journey with Google products
Apply growth marketing principles and work with cross-functional stakeholders to define, launch, and measure experiments that drive business impact
Skill/Experience/Education
Mandatory
BA/BS degree with 5 years of experience working in operations and/or strategy consulting or campaign operations 5 years experience in developing, testing, and managing integrated marketing campaigns and program management Experience running scaled digital marketing campaigns Experience in designing experiment test plans for campaign variant testing Experience in program management or in establishing / optimizing business processes Effective communication skills and ability to drive discussions and presentations at all levels of the organization
Desired
Curiosity, creativity, and passion for surfacing performance opportunities for advertisers at scale Familiarity with Google products, particularly Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Google Merchant Center and Google Analytics. Knowledge in Infrastructure data, familiar with privacy space (e.g. GDPR, DMA)
