Position Details:

  Schedule: Flexible, may include some weekends/holidays as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Director of Nursing in daily clinical operations


• Ensure quality and regulatory compliance in patient care


• Assist with staff training, development, and mentorship


• Monitor and maintain resident care standards and safety protocols


• Act as a positive and reliable leader, fostering a collaborative team environment
