Job Description

In this role, you will be crucial in shaping, supporting, and delivering our Financial and Emotional Well-being programs and benefits. Your role involves designing, coordinating, and implementing impactful educational content that supports the holistic well-being of our workforce. You will act as the subject matter expert on employer-sponsored financial and mental health benefits. Ensuring our programs are of the highest standard and align with our organizational goals. Additionally, you will connect external community resources/internal community advocacy team, to enrich our offerings and help team members understand all available resources.

Essential Functions


  • Financial and emotional well-being program design and delivery: Program design will include creating comprehensive financial and emotional well-being programs tailored to our team members' specific needs and challenges. This involves researching best practices, consulting with current partners, and integrating team member feedback to ensure the programs are relevant and impactful. Implementation will include overseeing the rollout of well-being programs, and ensuring all materials, resources, and activities are effectively delivered. This includes coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to manage logistics, schedule sessions, and facilitate smooth execution. Supporting Engagement Strategies will include support strategies to drive employee participation and engagement in well-being initiatives. This may involve creating marketing materials, organizing kick-off events, and leveraging internal communication channels to promote program benefits.

  • Financial and Emotional Benefit Administration: Financial/Emotional Well-being benefit administration will support all financial well-being employer-sponsored benefits including 401(k), financial advisory services, life insurance, disability and flexible spending accounts, Health Savings Account, and Limited Purpose FSA. Is a subject matter expert in answering team member inquiries about these benefits and well-being programs. Training Assistance will include supporting New Employee Orientation (NEO) and Benefits Team training sessions. Program Development: Design, implement, and evaluate training programs, including in-person, virtual, and asynchronous formats, aligned with Ent University curricula. Participate in financial well-being benefit audits and problem resolution.

  • Well-being Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including HR, leadership, and external partners, to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and seamless integration of all well-being programs into the company's broader strategy.

  • Benefits Administration Support: Serve as a backup for benefits administration, addressing employee inquiries and assisting with enrollment processes for various benefits as needed.

  • Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.

Qualifications

Minimum Formal Qualifications for this Position


  • Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or another relevant field of study.

  • 2+ years' combined experience with human resources, training, financial well-being and/or wellness solutions for team members and members to include:

  • 1+ years' experience in well-being program design or related project management experience.

  • 1+ years' experience in a financial institution including roles in member services, operations, or support functions.

  • 2+ general benefits administration knowledge. Pref


Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in a relevant degree program or vice versa. For example, a requirement of a bachelor's degree in accounting and 2+ years of account experience could be substituted for a high school diploma and 6 years of relevant accounting work experience or a master's degree in accounting and 0 years of work experience.

Technical or Specialized Knowledge/Skills:


  • Understanding of employee benefits, including retirement plans, life insurance, disability, flexible spending accounts, and health savings accounts.

  • Familiarity with best practices in designing and implementing financial and emotional well-being programs that address employee needs.

  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing employee benefits and wellness programs to ensure compliance.

  • Strong organizational skills to design, coordinate, and execute wellness initiatives and educational content effectively.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex benefits information clearly to employees and stakeholders.

  • Ability to analyze employee feedback and program data to assess effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

  • Strong relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external community resources.

  • Ability to adjust programs and strategies based on employee needs, organizational changes, and industry trends.

  • Capacity to identify issues related to benefits administration and employee participation, and implement effective solutions.

  • Ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions for new employees and team members on benefits and well-being programs.

  • Ability to create and implement strategies that enhance employee engagement and participation in well-being initiatives.

Additional Information

The pay range for this position is: $26 to $33 per Hour (S14)

Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, and internal pay equity.
