A day in the life.
As a Implementation Specialistyou will:
Assist in auditing comparison reports for current and future plan years.
Assist in benefit buildouts on the online benefits enrollment platform.
Responsible of maintaining a working knowledge of each client's benefit offering from tedious review of internal documentation.
Understand site builds to include creating pay types, date rules, dependent required information, and qualifying event lists on the online benefits enrollment platform.
Assign pay types to correct benefits on the online benefits enrollment platform.
Assist in cosmetic build, maintenance, and implementation of client sites.
Assist in mobile application builds, onscreen AI build, and other linked technologies.
Maintain up-to-date information regarding client's pay calendar.
Assist with peer and client feedback during testing of client sites.
Assist with other department responsibilities as needed.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
Experience with an online benefits enrollment platform is required.
Previous experience in benefits insurance, human resources, or a related field
Minimum of high school diploma is required.
Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
Must be able to integrate seamlessly into a working team environment.
Must be able to multitask.
Must be detail oriented.
Must be able to self-check for accuracy.
Effective and clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent computer skills to include intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Outlook.
Current Life & Health insurance license
