Job Description Summary:
The Materials Logistics Coordinator Responsible for coordinating the timely delivery of EPC construction materials to job sites by working closely with suppliers, field teams, and project managers to ensure that materials are ordered, delivered, and stocked efficiently to meet project timelines.

Seeking a detail-oriented professional with a passion for ensuring the seamless flow of materials and equipment in complex engineering, procurement, and construction projects. This position will play a critical part in coordinating with suppliers, monitoring deliveries, and expediting orders to support the timely and successful completion of our projects. Candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at problem-solving, and have a strong understanding of supply chain management principles.

Position Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Coordinate with suppliers at contract award to ensure orders meet quality standards, project specifications, and timely delivery of materials and equipment, according to project schedules.

  • Monitor and track the progress of material and equipment orders to ensure they meet timely delivery according to project schedules.

  • Communicate with vendors to resolve any issues or delays in procurement or delivery.

  • Expedite critical orders and prioritize deliveries based on project requirements.

  • Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on procurement needs.

  • Ability to work across all time zones of the contiguous United States

  • Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and deliveries.

  • Identify and address potential risks or delays in the supply chain.

  • Provide regular updates to project teams on the status of materials and equipment deliveries.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

  • Must be highly proficient with Excel's collaborative features, enabling seamless sharing and editing of spreadsheets for tracking material statuses in a team environment.


Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements:

  • High school degree or bachelor's degree in related field with preference given to candidates with training certificates in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP), or related field.

  • Proven experience in expediting, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the PV and BESS industry.

  • Knowledge of electrical materials and construction processes is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Familiarity with procurement processes, vendor management, and logistics.

  • Proficiency in using procurement and supply chain management software.
