Key Responsibilities

As an Automated Controls Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the flawless operation of our automated systems during the overnight shift. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Performing routine and preventive maintenance on automated control systems to ensure efficient performance.




• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain strict operational standards.




• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to successfully implement system upgrades and improvements.




• Monitoring system performance and determining necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency and accuracy.




• Detailing all maintenance activities and system modifications in accordance with company policies.




• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards while performing all tasks.




• Offering outstanding support to other departments by sharing technical expertise and assisting with problem-solving initiatives.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Proven experience as an Automated Controls Technician or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.




• Strong understanding of automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems.




• Outstanding troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.




• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and the ability to strictly adhere to schedules.




• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a collaborative team.
