Lonza AG is a renowned global life sciences company known for its innovative solutions and collaborative work environment. We are looking for a Quality Control Analyst I to join our IT department in New Hampshire, USA. Your role will be integral in maintaining the highest quality standards and contributing to our global success.

Please note the hours for this position:

- First Shift: Sunday - Wednesday 7:00 AM-5:30 PM*

Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct comprehensive tests and analyses on IT systems to guarantee flawless operation and compliance with company standards.

  • Monitor and evaluate in-process and final product performance, ensuring world-class quality and reliability.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to successfully implement quality control measures and resolve any issues promptly.

  • Apply Microsoft Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Laboratory computer systems to effectively manage and interpret data.

  • Support utility and HVAC monitoring and sampling throughout the facility, strictly adhering to established protocols.

  • Apply Data Integrity principles in all aspects of work, in compliance with Lonza DI policies, guidelines, and procedures.

  • Determine and address deviations from accepted practices, using analytical skills to tackle moderate-scope problems.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the quality objectives of the organization.

Key Requirements:


  • High School diploma or equivalent experience required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Demonstrated capability in effectively accomplishing a wide range of tasks using established guidelines and protocols.

  • Strong analytical skills with the capability to recognize and address deviations from standards.

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively.

  • Experience with GMP Quality Systems such as TrackWise, LIMS is advantageous.

Relevant QC work experience preferred, such as:


  • Proficient use of Microsoft Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Experience with Laboratory computer systems.

  • Solid ability to interpret data and present findings clearly.

  • Previous experience in public speaking and data analysis.

  • Demonstrated capability to perform complex and varied tasks with mentorship.

  • Excellent problem-solving and brainstorming abilities.
