Summary: The ERP Associate focuses on the optimization of NetSuite in all departments throughout Instrumart. As an ERP associate, you will work within the Netsuite team to provide support for all transactional data functions, including quote, sales order, purchase order, item, vendor, and customer data, ensuring accuracy and integrity throughout the system. With a full understanding of Netsuite transactional procedures, the ERP associate will be equipped with the knowledge to help other departments and employees in their everyday Netsuite needs.

Duties:


  • Responsible for understanding, training, and encouraging transactional procedures that represent NetSuite "best practices"
  • Assist Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Management in creation and customization of Netsuite searches and reports as needed
  • Works with Instrumart employees as needed to ensure the highest level of understanding possible when working with NetSuite
  • Ensure ERP data is accurate and reliable including fixing duplicate, inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Assist other departments to resolve issues, troubleshoot day-to-day problems, and execute corrective action when necessary
  • Communicates as needed with NetSuite Support

Work Environment:

  • The ERP Associate works in a typical office environment. The office climate is controlled at a comfortable temperature year-round, air conditioned in the summer and heated in the cooler seasons. The office has significant exposure to natural light and is very clean. Substantial time spent at a desk, sitting, doing repetitive motions through computer work.

Location:

This position is located in South Burlington, Vermont, with the option to work from home 40% of the time following the completion of training.
