Associate Director, QC Equipment & Analytical Systems - LSA

Manage the QC Equipment and Analytical Systems team to ensure flawless validation, maintenance, requalification, and administration of all analytical instruments and software in the Quality Control Laboratory.
Lead efforts to meet customer requirements and regulatory agency regulations such as GLPs, data integrity, IT/OT security, 21 CFR Part 11, and GMP.
Coordinate and effectively lead all aspects of the implementation of world-class quality management systems and procedures.
Foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and excellence within the team.
Determine and successfully implement strategies for continuous improvement in QC equipment and analytical systems.
Conduct regular system audits and inspections to ensure compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and alignment with organizational goals.
Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in QC equipment management and analytical systems within the biopharma industry.
Demonstrated capability to guide and nurture teams, emphasizing the achievement of outstanding quality and regulatory compliance objectives.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proven track record in successfully implementing critical initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, reflecting a proven ability to collaborate effectively.
Dedication to upholding a world-class environment by strictly adhering to corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
