SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the day to day clerical responsibilities of a Tyson owned Distribution Center Inventory department. Some of the specific duties include but are not limited to:
Answer all PER issues for all inbound and outbound loads.
Oversee freezer audits and directing the day to day tasks of the shift researchers.
Outbound and inbound in-transit issues.
Daily and weekly reports for Inventory Manager including Chep pallets cost re-work and PER s.
Back up weekly WMS reports. Setup and bill out protein. Reconcile Lost and HOA.
Scheduling p/u and delivery appointments, communications with drivers and dispatchers (internal and external).
Assist in managing warehouse operations workflow
Assist in warehousing operation when needed
Back up to load building operations
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 3 plus years Office experience.
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills required. For example generating simple letters spreadsheets and creating simple queries. Knowledge of warehousing process flows are a plus.
