Our client in Lake Worth is seeking a skilled Bilingual (Spanish/English) Credit/Collections Specialist to join their team. As a Credit/Collections Specialist, you'll be at the heart of ensuring financial stability by managing accounts, reconciling balances, and forecasting cash flow. Your bilingual skills will enable you to communicate effectively with a diverse client base, ensuring smooth and productive interactions in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of 850 accounts, ensuring timely collections and accurate reporting.
Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts, manage discrepancies, and maintain financial accuracy.
Credit Holds & Releases: Efficiently handle credit holds and releases to maintain account flow.
Cash Forecasting: Conduct cash forecasting to support the financial health of the company.
Bilingual Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams through phone and email in both English and Spanish.
Multi-Tasking & Organization: Juggle multiple responsibilities with energy and focus in a collaborative environment.
Professionalism: Maintain a respectful and professional demeanor with peers and clients.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience in business-to-business collections is essential. Experience in distribution or manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high level of energy are key for success.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Independent & Team-Oriented: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in account reconciliation, reporting, and cash forecasting.
