Details:
Pay: $60K-$65K depending on experience level
Hours: Monday- Friday 7am-4pm
Duration: Direct hire with full benefits
Location: In office (they have two openings for two locations in St. Paul and Brooklyn Park so you'd pick which location works best for you)
Duties:
Manage and organize office operations, including bookkeeping, accounts receivable/payable, information management, filing systems, and supplies; assist with HR activities as needed.
Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
Assist in labor reporting adjustments for plant operations.
Address and resolve customer inquiries, emails, and complaints.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling, booking travel, managing the filing system, handling mail and packages, and updating contact and employee lists.
Ensure work areas are clean and compliant with health and safety guidelines.
Follow safe work practices, including PPE use, fall protection, and all safety policies.
Promote company culture by demonstrating pride in work and accountability.
Collaborate with management to identify process improvement opportunities.
Manage office space planning, including workstation arrangements and adjustments.
Oversee and maintain office equipment, vendor relations, and office supplies; coordinate food delivery as required.
Available to work overtime when necessary.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.), equivalent, or two+ years office manager experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or related software necessary to complete logs of records.
Ability to perform basic math, reading, and writing
Collaboration skills with a customer service focused attitude.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
Detail oriented, consistent, with a strong work ethic, and takes pride in work
Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects.
